Mapslio uses Google Maps Platform and other Google services. Your use of Google-provided features and content is subject to the Google Terms of Service and the Google Maps Platform Terms.

1. What Mapslio Provides

Mapslio is a website generation platform that helps local businesses create professional landing pages using publicly available business information and AI-generated content. You can search for a business, generate a customised website, and publish it on a unique link under our platform.

We provide the tools — you are responsible for ensuring the business you create a page for is your own or that you have explicit permission to represent it. Mapslio does not guarantee search engine rankings, leads, or any specific business outcomes.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions on the platform.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Mapslio offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually depending on your selection at checkout. Charges are processed at the start of each billing period and recur automatically until cancelled.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@mapslio.com. After 14 days, all charges are final.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund outside the 14-day window. Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

4. Public Data Usage and Google Services

Public Data Usage: Mapslio generates websites using publicly available business data from Google Maps. By using our service, you confirm that you have the right to create a website for the business you select, or that you are the business owner or authorised representative.

Google Services: Authentication is provided through Google. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you provide — including business information and materials you upload. By using Mapslio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process and display your content solely to operate the service.

The design templates, layouts, AI-generated text, and visual styles produced by Mapslio remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use them as part of your published site while your subscription is active.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mapslio to:

• Create websites for businesses you do not own or have no permission to represent • Publish illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content • Send spam or use the platform for unsolicited commercial communications • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform or servers • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We may remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, at our discretion, that you have violated these Terms or that your use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to us.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published sites may be taken offline and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mapslio and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of Mapslio after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.
